Job description
As a Home Healthcare Therapist (PT or OT) at Kindest Care, you will be responsible for delivering specialized therapy services to patients in their homes. We are currently hiring therapists in various specialties, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology. You will assess patients’ needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and work closely with patients and their families to achieve therapeutic goals.
We have immediate PA Job Openings for experienced and seasoned Therapists (HOME HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE a plus). We are looking for Therapists in the following Pennsylvania counties: Philadelphia, Delaware, Montgomery, Bucks, Northampton, Chester and more

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ conditions and develop personalized therapy plans.
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to patients in their homes, focusing on improving mobility, function, and overall well-being.
- Monitor patients’ progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and physicians, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress.
- Provide compassionate and patient-centered care to enhance patients’ quality of life.
Requirements:
- Valid PA state license in your therapy specialty (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in your respective therapy field, preferably with home healthcare experience.
- Strong clinical and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Qualifications:
- PRIOR HOME HEALTH CARE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
- Must possess valid Pennsylvania License in your area of specialty.
- Must possess current PPD, Physical and CPR certification
- Must be able to effectively and courteously communicate with staff and elderly patients
- Must be willing to undergo state mandated criminal background check

- $65 – $80.00 per hour, depending on relevant experience
