Job description
As a Home Care Caregiver at Kindest Care, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of our clients. You will provide essential assistance with activities of daily living, companionship, and emotional support, allowing our clients to maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their homes.
We have immediate Job Openings for Home Care Direct Care Workers and Home Health Aides in the following Pennsylvania counties: Philadelphia, Delaware, Montgomery, Bucks, Northampton, Chester to provide care to the elderly in their own homes.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and protocols.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Previous experience in home care or a similar role is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide medication reminders and assistance as needed.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and exercises.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals based on the clients’ dietary needs and preferences.
- Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and assist with maintaining a clean and safe home environment.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior.
- Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere for clients and their families.
QUALIFICATIONS :-
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to commute to the client home
- Complete initial and ongoing training
- Minimum of Certificate of Direct Care Training. HHA is required or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and tolerate periods of repeated bending, stooping, etc as necessary to meet the needs of assigned patients.
- Must possess current PPD certification.
- Must be able to effectively and courteously communicate with staff and elderly patients
- Must be willing to undergo state mandated criminal background check
- All Applicants must have related experience, relevant skills / certifications and reliable transportation and 2 job-related verifiable references
Job Type: Part-time
- Salary: $12.00 – $13.00 per hour

Experience:
