Job description
As a Home Health Nurse at Kindest Care, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes. Your role will involve assessing patients’ health conditions, developing and implementing care plans, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and providing education and support to patients and their families.
We have immediate PA Job Openings for experienced and seasoned Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) (HOME HEALTHCARE EXPERIENCE a plus). We are looking for Nurses in the following Pennsylvania counties: Philadelphia, Delaware, Montgomery, Bucks, Northampton, Chester and more
The Nurse will provide care to the elderly in their own homes in Philadelphia OR Bucks Counties.
We offer Flexible work schedule and VERY COMPETITIVE WAGES that commensurate with experience.
Accrued Vacation time is also offered.
Qualifications:
- PRIOR HOME HEALTH CARE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
- Must possess valid Pennsylvania RN/LPN/LVN License.
- Must possess current PPD and CPR certification
- Must be able to effectively and courteously communicate with staff and elderly patients
- Must be willing to undergo state mandated criminal background check
- Assignments available in select counties in Pennsylvania – Philadelphia, Delaware, Montgomery, Bucks, Northampton, Chester and more…
- Experience with Wound Care, Trach and Vents Care is a plus
